An investigation is underway after a man was fatally shot in Tarrant in the city’s first homicide of the year.
Tarrant police dispatchers received a 911 call about 9 p.m. Tuesday from a woman who claimed two men were shooting at her boyfriend. He had run away and she could not locate him.
