A pair of Jacksonville High football players, ruled ineligible by the Alabama High School Athletic Association, were issued a TRO on Friday morning that will allow them to return to the field as soon as tonight.
Calhoun County Circuit Judge Jennifer G. Weems issued the restraining order, allowing a pair of seniors – referred to as C.L. and B.C. because they are minors – to play. However, she denied the TRO request for Jacksonville head coach Jeremy Sullivan and assistant Phileepeae Holloway to return to the field.
