Two men are jailed after police say they robbed a Montgomery County bank and then led law enforcement officers on a 15-mile chase before crashing.
James Bernard Matthews, 59, and Albert Devon Dorsey, 53, are charged with first-degree robbery. Additionally, Dorsey is charged with felony attempting to elude.
