The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is investigating a single-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a Grand Bay man Sunday morning.
Ned Vicknair, 68, was critically injured just before 6:00 a.m. on Sep. 13 when the 2004 Lincoln Town Car he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree, according to a news release.
