$7,000 CHOOSE Act savings accounts launch July 1: What Alabama families should know

Funding for CHOOSE Act education savings accounts will be available July 1, with refundable income tax credits helping approved families pay for their children’s K-12 education for the 2026-27 school year.

The savings accounts are administered by the Alabama Department of Revenue.
