A baby’s injury exposed a drug trafficking ring at a North Dakota daycare

Two North Dakota daycare operators pleaded guilty to drug and child abuse charges after investigators found children were repeatedly exposed to drugs, alcohol and paraphernalia in the home where they ran their business.
