A 4-year-old Kentucky boy died after being struck by fireworks during a Fourth of July celebration at his family’s home, in what authorities described as a tragic “freak accident.” The child, identified as Rhett Luttrell, was killed Saturday night in Somerset, Kentucky, after a fireworks device malfunctioned during the holiday gathering.
