Affordable housing bill becomes law, what it means for homebuyers now and in the future

A bipartisan bill designed to increase the national housing supply and lower home-buying costs became law Saturday. And while the law is expected to help Americans find more affordable homes, experts warn the benefits might not be realized in the short-term.
