The Alabama Department of Community Affairs (ADECA) is accepting applications for $5.7 million in funds from a landmark Volkswagen emissions settlement.
Applications are being accepted through Oct. 6 from government and non-government entities to fund projects to reduce levels of nitrogen oxides (NOx).
