The number of infections from a parasitic outbreak are climbing in Alabama.
There are now 28 confirmed cases of cyclosporiasis in the state, including two cases that have resulted in hospitalizations, according to the Alabama Department of Public Health. Last week, there were 11 cases of the infection.
