Alabama governor proclaims Will Roberts Day to honor 15-year-old’s fight against cancer

Gov. Kay Ivey issued a proclamation Wednesday designating Aug. 1, 2026, as Will Roberts Day in Alabama, honoring a teenager who died last week after a long battle with stage four bone cancer.
