An energy technology company is getting a $25 million direct loan to an Alabama project aimed at boosting America’s ability to produce graphite.
Westwater Resources will get the money from the Export-Import Bank of the U.S., or EXIM, to fund its Kellyton Graphite Plant in Coosa County.
