Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall has joined the Federal Trade Commission and 19 other states in filing a lawsuit against Dollar General Corporation, alleging the retail chain has systematically overcharged customers for years by charging more at checkout than the prices displayed on shelves and advertisements.
