Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall has joined a lawsuit against three Democratic-led states that shield medical providers and allow them to send abortion medication to states where the procedure is banned.
The complaint was filed with the Supreme Court Tuesday by Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill who was joined by Marshall and Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin.
