Alabama judge acts on Tommy Tuberville residency suit amid gubernatorial bid

An Alabama judge has dismissed a challenge to Sen. Tommy Tuberville’s run for governor.

Ken McFeeters, who is also running for the Republican nomination, filed a court challenge in March saying Tuberville hasn’t actually lived in the state for the seven years required by law.
