Alabama man allegedly shoots at teen because he believed car was going too fast

A south Alabama man is accused of firing shots at two people – including a teen – because he believed they were driving too fast.

Samuel Avery Cook, 33, is charged with two counts of attempted murder, Dothan police announced Thursday.
