Birmingham cites Tuberville case in lawsuit challenging Democrat’s qualification for office

Lawyers for the city of Birmingham are citing a court ruling in favor of Republican gubernatorial candidate Tommy Tuberville in their fight against turning over emails and pay information about a former aide to Mayor Randall Woodfin.
