Birmingham construction firm files $461 million lawsuit against US State Department

Birmingham-based BL Harbert International is suing the U.S. State Department, seeking $461 million related to cost overruns on projects during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Hill is reporting the lawsuit was filed on Wednesday.
