Birmingham software provider acquires program to streamline childcare management

Birmingham-based software provider Daxko announced Wednesday it has acquired Alaris, a childcare compliance and management software company, in a move aimed at simplifying operations for health clubs and other local community centers.

The acquisition addresses a longstanding challenge for fitness and wellness facilities that offer licensed childcare programs, according to a news release.
