A north Alabama man facing conspiracy charges has waived his right to a hearing.
Chao Bin Zhang, 64, of Huntsville, is the owner of Meteor Buffet according to Secretary of State records. He was arrested Aug. 27 in “Operation Meteor Strike” by a coordinated police crackdown on an alleged labor trafficking ring. He is charged with conspiracy to commit a crime.
