Chicago man arrested after staying in Macy’s overnight, doing shoplifting spree: Police

A Chicago man, identified as Roy Pughsley, was arrested after police say he hid in a Macy’s until it closed, then spent the night stealing clothes, putting them on himself, and eating at the store’s restaurant without paying.
