A Chinese man was arraigned last week in connection with a cryptocurrency scam that cost victims an estimated $36.9 million. According to the Department of Justice, Zheng Zhao, 44, was extradited to the U.S. from the Netherlands and arraigned in the Central District of California on Oct. 23.
