Class 1A/3A runner-up dominates All-State soccer first team

Class 1A/3A Madison Academy placed more players on the All-State first team than any other team regardless of classification in a vote of the Alabama High School Athletic Association soccer coaches. The Mustangs, who finished the regular season ranked No. 2 and fell in overtime to No. 1 eventual state champion Susan Moore in the semifinals, had six players on the elite team.
