Consumers reject 6 of 10 products suggested by AI assistants, study shows

If you’ve used AI shopping assistants, do you usually take their advice, or reject it? How often do they lead you to new products? These are questions Attest’s Consumer Trends report sought to answer. It turns out, six of 10 users have rejected AI’s choices.
