Convicted killer matches DNA in old murder, but Alabama hasn’t brought any charges

Thelma Roberts was murdered in 1992. But the only person whose DNA was found at the scene doesn't match the two people charged in the case, including the man who is on death row. It matches a man named Jerry Jackson, who is in prison for a different murder. (Mila Oliveira | moliveira@al.com)
