Cyclosporiasis update: Outbreak kills 2, sickens more than 6.3K across 15 states

A parasitic outbreak linked to shredded iceberg lettuce — caused by a parasite commonly known as the ‘explosive diarrhea parasite’ — has killed two people and hospitalized at least 278, according to the FDA’s latest update.
