Developer awarded $7.2 million in unpaid rent from Pihakis restaurant collapse

Developer Mike Mouron won a $7.19 million default judgment Wednesday related to the sudden closure in April of a dining development that shuttered in the dramatic collapse of the Pihakis Restaurant Group earlier this year.
