Leeds Hall Apartments LLC this week filed a lawsuit against the city of Leeds, claiming city officials refuse to review its application for a 144-unit apartment complex and are violating state fair housing laws in the process.
The company submitted an application in August 2026 to build The Grove at Leeds Station on 1000 Oak Trail, which was already zoned for multifamily housing, the complaint alleges.
