Developers want new 91-lot subdivision in fast-growing Baldwin County

Developers are seeking preliminary plat approval for Benjamins Run, a 91-lot subdivision on 20 acres north of U.S. 98 and just east of Baldwin County 95 in the Lillian area, according to the Baldwin Planning Commission.
