Drew Brees confirms that he offered to step in for Bo Nix in AFC playoffs

Before the Week 1 Monday Night Football game between the Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs, news came out that a former MVP showed interest in in joining the Broncos ahead of their AFC Championship game in January.

After Bo Nix got injured in the AFC divisional round game against the Buffalo Bills, Drew Brees had surprisingly offered his services to the Broncos and former head coach Sean Payton.
