Two of Texas’ most storied programs collide Friday night when the Duncanville Panthers travel to Eagle Stadium to face the Allen Eagles in a 7 p.m. CT kickoff. The season opener doubles as a rematch of last December’s UIL Class 6A Division I state semifinal, where Duncanville cruised to a 31-9 victory that handed Allen its only loss of a 14-1 campaign.
