Embattled Rep. Max Miller (R-Ohio) is denying allegations that he used Meta Glasses to spy on ex-wife Emily’s attorneys in court.
Attorneys for Emily Moreno want Miller to hand over the glasses so they can be examined after the congressman was seen wearing them before a July 28 hearing in the estranged couple’s child custody fight.
