Ex-Alabama basketball player Darius Miles is facing two additional felony charges while in jail charged with capital murder, according to court documents obtained by AL.com.
Miles was charged with promoting prison contraband II and failure to affix a tax stamp, both felonies in Alabama. He has been held without bond since January 2023 while awaiting trial regarding his alleged role in the death of Jamea Harris.
