Morgan County Schools former finance director has filed a federal lawsuit against the Morgan County Board of Education and one of its board members.
April Hall alleges District 5 school board member Geoff Halbrooks sexually harassed her and that the board retaliated against her and forced her to resign after she reported the conduct.
