Fairfield woman arrested after 2 dogs padlocked in storage shed in 100 degree heat

A Fairfield woman is facing charges after two dogs were found in a padlocked shed in 100-degree temperatures.

Krystal Lee Spillers, 32, is charged with cruelty to animals, according to court records made public Friday.
