Florida man, 84, sues Waffle House over Strawberry Shortcake signage

An 84-year-old Waffle House customer in Florida is suing the popular restaurant after he claims he was “distracted” by its limited-edition Strawberry Shortcake Waffle signage, tripping over a curb and injuring himself as a result.
