Florida tugboat captain admits he was looking at phone when boat hit, killed 3 children

Federal prosecutors in Florida announced Thursday that a Miami tugboat captain pleaded guilty to seaman’s manslaughter a after a barge he was operating ran over a sailboat occupied by children from a local sailing camp, killing three of them.
