A former Albertville police officer faces felony charges after an investigation found he repeatedly searched his ex-spouse and one of her close family members on law enforcement databases without any legitimate public safety purpose, officials said.
Jeremy Hannah was arrested Friday and charged with violation of the Alabama Digital Crimes Act, a Class B felony, according to a news release from Marshall County District Attorney Jennifer Bray.
