American Samoa recorded a historic victory over the United States in the IFAF Flag Football Championships on Friday, with a former Alabama quarterback at the controls.
Taulia Tagovailoa threw five touchdowns as American Samoa won 38-32 in Dusseldorf, Germany, dealing the U.S. its first loss in international competition since 2012. Tagovailoa was born in Hawaii, but is of Samoan descent.
