A former Auburn University employee is under arrest, accused of giving information about the athletics program to the university’s opponents.
David Rudolph Jenrath, 24, of Tennessee, is charged with theft of trade secrets and computer tampering, according to Auburn police officials. Both charges are felony crimes.
