One of the former employees accused of draining $2.5 million from a Baldwin County philanthropic foundation has rebuffed the allegations in a new court filing.
The Snook Foundation is a Foley-based nonprofit founded by the late John McClure Snook, a business leader who ran a local telecommunications company. It has filed suits against three former employees as well as an accountant and an accounting firm. The three former employees are Brenda Lee, her son Thomas E. Lee II and his wife, Heather Lee.
