Former Hoover substitute teacher pleads guilty to child porn charges

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall on Tuesday announced the guilty plea of Russell John Sweeney on four counts of possession of obscene material, all Class C felonies.

A former Hoover City Schools substitute teacher has been convicted on child porn possession charges.
