Gas prices for 11/03/26: Gas has never been more expensive on Election Day

While gas prices have been falling for around a week now, motorists have never paid more for fuel on an Election Day. As of Nov. 3, the national average for a gallon of regular unleaded is $4.14 and $6.28 for diesel, according to AAA.
