Republicans are throwing in the towel in House races featuring GOP incumbents as the midterm picture continues to deteriorate for the party.
PBS reports that the leading House super PAC, the Congressional Leadership Fund, has canceled spending in races from the Midwest to the East Coast while increasing spending in 16 other races from Texas to Pennsylvania.
