Gov. Kay Ivey: Alabama shifts to recovery after Hurricane Isaias evacuation order lifted

Gov. Kay Ivey has ended a state of emergency proclamation that required the mandatory evacuation of nonresidents in parts of Mobile and Baldwin counties as Alabama shifts from storm preparation into recovery efforts following Hurricane Isaias.
