A federal judge has scheduled a hearing on a request by a Prattville High School football player, who has been declared homeless, for immediate eligibility to play on the team.
An evidentiary hearing is set for Wednesday at 1 p.m., at the Frank M. Johnson, Jr. U.S. Courthouse in Montgomery on the motion for a temporary restraining order against the Alabama High School Athletic Association. The AHSAA had declared the player ineligible.
