The city of Hoover has approved a 20-year, $28 million tax incentive for the Stadium Trace Village expansion.
The next phase of the project will include a surgical healthcare center, senior living facility and recreational spaces. Community members expressed support for the development but had concerns about traffic hazards, costs and stormwater management.
