Phenix City is set to represent Alabama at the Little League World Series (LLWS) today. The Phenix City squad will play against Tacoma, who represents Washington. The matchup will begin at 2 p.m. CT on ESPN. You can watch Phenix City’s opening game for free online by using the free trials offered by DIRECTV or FuboTV. Alternatively, Sling offers an affordable monthly subscription.
Notably, this is Alabama’s first appearance at the LLWS since 1999. Phenix City was also the representative for Alabama during that run, which ended in a second place finish. With this in mind, Phenix City will try to make another deep run at the LLWS this year.
