Survey teams from the Jefferson County Department of Health will conduct door-to-door surveys in Birmingham and the greater Birmingham area to gather feedback on community health needs as part of a plan to better understand residents’ perspectives on local health issues.
According to the department, survey teams will be in neighborhoods Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, asking residents how health care in the community and health department services can be improved.
