23-year-old Elijah Briggs suffered a traumatic brain injury. After 3 months of hospitalization, his insurer (Blue Cross Blue Shield) denied coverage of the specialized rehabilitation treatment he needs now. His parents - Calvin and Samantha (pictured) Briggs - have appealed the decision.
